FBA business reports provide data to help you track how your business is performing.
Sales Reports
Amazon Fulfilled Shipments: Get product-level details on completed customer orders, including purchase price, quantity, tracking, and shipping information
All Orders: Review information on both FBA and seller-fulfilled orders, including order status, fulfillment and sales channel information, and product details
Customer Shipment Sales: Get product-level data on shipped FBA customer orders, including price, quantity, and destination
Your FBA Sales Lift: The FBA Sales Lift tool appears on your Business Reports page when Amazon has data that compares sales for products that you have fulfilled through both FBA and your other fulfillment channels.
Inventory reports
Stranded Inventory: A breakdown of units in your inventory that are in stranded status
Bulk Fix Stranded Inventory: Generates a stranded inventory file that can be used to relist your products in bulk with the Add Products via Upload tool (available only to Pro sellers)
Reserved Inventory: A breakdown of units in your inventory that are in reserved status
Recommended Removals: Inventory in Amazon fulfillment centers subject to a long-term storage fee at the next inventory cleanup.
Amazon-Fulfilled Inventory: A snapshot of your inventory in fulfillment centers at the time the report is generated
Daily Inventory: A daily snapshot of your inventory in fulfillment centers, including the quantity, location, and disposition
Monthly Inventory: A monthly snapshot of your inventory in fulfillment centers, including the quantity, location, and disposition
Received Inventory: Inventory that has completed the receiving process at the fulfillment center
Inventory Event Detail: Details about inventory receipts, shipments, and adjustments viewable by SKU and fulfillment center
Inventory Adjustments: Details about adjustments to your account related to damages, loss, receiving discrepancies, and inventory transfers
Manage Inventory Health: Current overview of your sales, available inventory, shipment statuses, inventory age, excess units, and weeks of cover
: An assessment of your sales, current sellable and unsellable inventory, inventory age, weeks of cover left, and comparisons to other offers on the same products.
Manage FBA Inventory: Current listing details, including condition, disposition, and quantity
Inbound Performance: Information about inventory you have shipped to fulfillment centers
Hazmat Status Change: Details about which of your products have been classified as Hazmat, are under Hazmat review, or have changed status recently.
Payments reports
Long-Term Storage Fee: Details about your most recent long-term storage fees, including which items the fee was applied to, the condition, number in stock, size, and the total per-SKU fee amount
Reimbursements: Includes details of inventory reimbursements that you initiated and those generated automatically. For reimbursements that you requested, click the case ID to view the details.
Statement View: A summary of fees and sales for a specific date range
Transactions View: A summary of the transactions that have occurred in the account since the last settlement date until closing of the previous day
Fee Preview: Estimates the Selling on Amazon and fulfillment fees for your current FBA inventory
Customer concessions reports
FBA Customer Returns: Customer returns received at a fulfillment center, with the reason for the return and the condition of the returned product
Removal reports
Recommended Removal: Lists inventory in fulfillment centers that would be subject to a long-term storage fee at the next inventory cleanup
Removal Order Detail: Details for individual removal orders, including the removal type, status of removal orders, and fees
Removal Shipment Detail: Shipment details for removal orders, including carrier details and tracking numbers.
