The Inbound Performance report provides information about inventory you have shipped to Amazon fulfilment centres. View the Inbound Performance report.

Note: From August the 29th 2013 onwards, “Unplanned Service Fees” will be charged for any “Labelled Inventory” unit received with a Barcode label missing. Visit Unplanned Service Fees for more information.

If a fulfilment centre encounters a problem whilst receiving any of your products, we will notify you by e-mail and indicate the problem in your Shipping Queue.

You can also review problems in the Inbound Performance report.

This information can be used to help determine which products have had problems throughout all your shipments within the time frame covered by the report. Coaching instructions are then provided -to correct related issues.

Below is an overview of information that may be reported in connection with receiving problems at Amazon fulfilment centres.

Date issue-resolution-date Date shipment problem was resolved.
Shipment Creation Date
The date the shipment was created.
FBA Shipment ID fba-shipment-id ID for the shipment to the fulfilment centre.
Merchant SKU sku Stock keeping units (SKUs=) are unique blocks of letters or numbers that identify your products. SKU are assigned by you as the seller.
FNSKU fnsku Unique identifier assigned by Amazon to products stored in and fulfilled from an Amazon fulfilment centre.
ASIN asin Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ASIN) are unique blocks of 10 letters or numbers that identify products. ASIN are assigned by Amazon. You can find the ASIN on the product detail page.
Title product-name The title of your product.
Problem problem-type Type of problem, for example, "barcode cannot be scanned" or "Item label missing."

Quantity quantity Number of Units the problem applies to.
Fee Type fee-type One of the following:
  • Unplanned Services (preview only)
  • First Instance
  • Unplanned Services
  • Exempt
  • Refund
Fee Total fee-total The total amount we charged for the quantity shown on that line item.

Barcode cannot be scanned

The physical barcode or the Unit label is either damaged or smudged beyond legibility and requires relabelling. See Stickered Inventory for more information.

Item Label Missing

The Unit label is missing and requires relabelling. See Stickered Inventory for more information.

Item Label Mislabeled

The Unit label is not affixed properly and requires relabelling. See Stickered Inventory for more information.
