Regulated “masks for general public” with filtration greater than 90%” - and masks previously designated as categories 1 and 2 (except for the masks meeting the product detail page requirements):
Category 1: Individual masks intended for professionals in contact with the public
Category 2: Masks to protect a whole group of individuals wearing these masks
Single use glasses, cups and disposable kitchen plates made of plastic
Plant protection products, except for biocontrol products, products classified as low risk and products used in organic farming, when they are intended for non-professional use

Online accounts
Real estate property
EAN codes
Human body parts and bodily fluids, except for wigs made of human hair.
Software, except full retail versions of physical software. For details please refer to the guidelines to Sell Software. Amazon prohibits the listing of products that are made available by digital download, including "codes" that can be used to access content on other websites.
Region 1 DVDs: New region 1 DVDs are restricted products and are prohibited for sale on Amazon.fr unless you have received pre-approval for such sales generally from Amazon.fr. Only sellers resident in the USA or Canada who dispatch their products from the USA or Canada are eligible for pre-approval. Only new region 1 DVDs which have been age-rated in Canada or the US may be sold through Amazon.fr, and the age rating must appear in the seller's region 1 DVD listing. Sellers of new region 1 DVDs are prohibited from selling more than one copy of any new region 1 DVD to any customer, or from selling any new region 1 DVD to any customer who is purchasing the DVD for commercial purposes.
Plants, plant material and seed: Certain types of plants, seeds and other plant material are prohibited or regulated to ensure they are safe for pets, humans and the environment. You should seek advice from appropriate government authorities before (a) exporting, importing, receiving or transporting such agricultural or plant material, and (b) selling seed, as marketing regulations apply and licensing may be required (e.g. for vegetable and grass seed). The appropriate authority is the Ministère de l'Agriculture.
“Mystery boxes,” “Surprise boxes,” or similarly named products containing items that are not clearly described on the product detail page.

Specific single-use or disposable plastic products covered by Art. 5 of EU Directive 2019/904, including those made of biodegradable plastic, such as:
Cutlery (forks, knives, spoons, chopsticks and similar);
Plates;
Straws (except if they are medical devices);
Beverage straws made from soft-plastic are always prohibited even if described as re-usable
Beverage stirrers;
Balloon sticks for consumer use, including the mechanisms of such sticks;
Food containers made of expanded polystyrene, i.e. receptacles such as boxes, used to contain food, which (a) is intended for immediate consumption, either on-the-spot or take-away, (b) is typically consumed from the receptacle, and (c) is ready to be consumed without any further preparation, such as cooking, boiling or heating, including food containers used for fast food or other meal ready for immediate consumption;
Beverage containers made of expanded polystyrene, including their caps and lids;
Cups for beverages made of expanded polystyrene, including their covers and lids;
Confetti;
Steak picks;
Disposable lids for glasses
Cotton buds and cotton swabs that have sticks made from plastic or biodegradable plastic, even if described as reusable (except if they are medical devices)
Products covered by Art. 5 of EU Directive 2019/904, made from oxo-degradable and oxo-biodegradable plastic, (including their primary packaging) even if described as re-usable
Food Contact Materials (such as tableware, kitchenware) manufactured from plastics to which substances have been added that are not on the union list of authorized substances under Regulation (EU) 10/2011. In particular, this restricts Food Contact Materials made out of plastic in combination with bamboo, corn starch or rice husks.
