Your Info & Policies lets you edit the information that appears on your seller profile page. It’s available to sellers through the Amazon Business Seller Program, which helps you optimize your offerings and grow sales to business customers.
Business customers see this information when they click your seller name in the Buy Box, in the Ships from and sold by line on a product detail page, or on the product's More Buying Choices and Offer Listings pages. Your profile page provides basic information about your store and your business.
To edit the information, select Your Info & Policies in the Settings menu. If you don’t see this option, you don’t have access rights for the tool. Contact your account administrator to gain access rights.
The following sections describe the type of information that you can provide to customers using Your Info & Policies.

Add details about your business in this section. By providing specific information, you can showcase your business and give buyers an additional level of confidence that they are making informed buying decisions.
When you edit your profile, the changes appear immediately on your seller profile page in Seller Central. The changes may take up to 24 hours to appear on Amazon.
Introduce your business and build your brand.
Add a business logo that will appear on the Other Sellers on Amazon page and on your seller profile page when your Profile Logo is not provided.
Provide your return and refund policies, including instructions for returning items. To learn more, see Set your return preferences.
Provide your shipping policies and rates. To learn more, see Set your shipping rates.
Include any extension that you provide to the existing Amazon website policy. This information cannot contradict Amazon policies.
Include information about the availability of gift wrapping or gift messaging.
The details of your tax policies on products purchased on Amazon.
Provide answers to common questions about policies or products that are not answered on your other help pages. We recommend that you follow a standard Q&A format using the available formatting tools.
Provide additional information for your customers, such as sizing charts and other product-specific and category-specific details.
