Eligible product selection

All products and offers are subject to specific eligibility outbound and return requirements. Your purchase and use of shipping and related services are subject to the terms, conditions, and other agreements between you and the applicable carrier or other service provider. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with them.

Chronopost

If you’re using Chronopost as a carrier:

• You need to accept and comply with the Terms and Conditions of Chronopost
• For all outbound shipments (domestic and international): You can ship packages up to 150 cm in length on the longest side and with maximum 300 cm of girth (girth = 2 x width +2 x height + length) with a maximum weight of 30kg.
• For limited quantities light hazmat: You need to inform Chronopost in advance, sign an additional agreement and label every parcel with a special sticker provided by Chronopost. Other (non-light) dangerous goods (classification 1, 7 and 6.1) are not eligible to be shipped.
• For all returns (domestic only): Returns are limited to 150 cm in length on the longest side, with maximum 300 cm of girth (girth = 2 x width +2 x height + length) with maximum 20 kg weight. Products exceeding these dimensions will receive unpaid customer return labels
