UPS Parcel: If package length + 2x width + 2x height exceeds 300 cm (118 inches), UPS applies a “Large package surcharge.”
Example: For a box measuring 91 cm x 71 cm x 71 cm, the length (91 cm) plus twice the width (2 x 71 cm) and twice the height (2 x 71 cm) equals 375 cm. UPS will accept the box, but they may apply a “Large package surcharge” because it is greater than 300 cm.
Amazon (DHL-managed): 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm maximum length. Max. combined length and girth (=longest side of the parcel + 2 x width + 2 x height) can be 360 cm. Maximum weight in kg: 31.5 kg.
A UPS package length cannot exceed 270 cm (108 inches). Package length + 2x width + 2x height cannot exceed 419 cm (165 inches). If possible, repack the contents in multiple boxes. Otherwise, consider using a different carrier.
Example: A box measuring 90 cm x 85 cm x 85 cm exceeds the maximum dimensions. Package length (90 cm) + 2x width (2 x 85 cm) + 2x height (2 x 85 cm) = 430 cm.
Non-stackable pallets shipped to a warehouse in the United Kingdom must not exceed 120 cm x 100 cm x 180 cm (L x W x H). Non-stackable pallets shipped to a warehouse outside of the United Kingdom must not exceed 120 cm x 80 cm x 180 cm (L x W x H). Each individual pallet must not exceed 500 kg.
For the Partnered Carrier program, we do not accept stackable pallets. If you stack pallets for your shipment, the carrier will reject it.
If your pallet is over 500 kg in weight, 180 cm in height, is unstable and requires restacking or overhangs; you may be liable for additional handling and delivery surcharges.
