Listed below are upcoming changes to Amazon’s program policies.
We are updating the Amazon Renewed program terms to introduce multiple cosmetic grades for Wireless (such as smartphones and smartwatches) and Personal Computer (such as laptops, tablets, and desktop PCs) product categories. Selling Partners can create offers on the same Renewed ASIN under three distinct cosmetic conditions: 1) Grade 1 - Excellent condition (former Amazon Renewed single grade), 2) Grade 2 - Good condition, and 3) Grade 3 - Acceptable condition.
Effective May 26, 2022, these changes will apply to all the sellers who use the services or features covered by the Amazon Renewed program terms on Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, Amazon.es, Amazon.nl and Amazon.se.

For more information, review the updates to the Adult products policies & guidelines that will go into effect on January 17, 2022.
The following changes will enter into effect on January 13, 2022:
We are updating the Customer returns for international sales policy. As previously stated from October 5, 2021, all MFN Selling Partners that sell on the European stores Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, Amazon.es, and fulfill customer orders from abroad, are required to provide Amazon with a default domestic return address for items under GBP20, Euro 25 or otherwise offer Returnless Refunds for return requests that fall under Amazon’s return policy.
In particular, we now clarified in our policy that this policy applies also in respect to items equal to GBP20 or Euro 25 and that shipping charges are not considered for calculating whether a return item meets the threshold (GBP20 or Euro 25). We consider the product price only (including VAT).
Please review the updated program policy carefully. A version in track changes of the Customer Returns for International Sales is available in English.
EPR Requirements Policy for Third-Party Sellers in France country
We are adding a program policy that will apply to all sellers who use the services or features covered by this policy.
The following change will enter into effect on January 1, 2022.
We are adding the EPR Requirements Policy for Third-Party Sellers in France as a new program policy, in order to reflect the new Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations applicable in France, effective January 1, 2022.
If you are selling EPR applicable products on amazon.fr to customers with a shipping address in France, but do not provide Amazon with the valid Unique Identification Numbers corresponding to those EPR applicable products, Amazon will by default pay corresponding EPR environmental eco-contributions on your behalf and recover these amounts from you. Once you provide Amazon with your Unique Identification Numbers for the EPR applicable products, Amazon will stop paying eco-contributions on your behalf from that reporting cycle onwards.
If you have questions, contact Selling Partner Support. Your continued use of Selling Services after the respective date of effectiveness constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

We are adding a Carrier and tracking information requirements policy that applies to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments to fulfillment centers.
Starting on November 1, 2021, FBA sellers will be required to enter the carrier name and tracking information, if a carrier provides it. Submit carrier and tracking information before a shipment is received at a fulfillment center. This change doesn’t apply if you use the Amazon Partnered Carrier program or Amazon Global Logistics, because we generate tracking for you.
We are making changes to our program policies that apply to all sellers who use the services or features covered by these policies.
Effective October 05, 2021, if you fulfil customer orders sold on Amazon.fr from outside France, we request that you offer either Returnless Refund or provide a Domestic return option for items and orders under Euro 25 (including VAT and shipping charges), as part of our Selling on Amazon Returns policy.
To set your FR default return address, access the Seller Account Information page. Go to Settings > Account Info. In the Shipping and Returns Information section, click Return Address, and then provide with the appropriate address. If you do not provide Amazon with a default return address in France, for items and orders under Euro25, Amazon will automatically issue the customer a refund on your behalf where return requests fall within the scope of the Amazon Return policy, without requiring the customer to return the item to you (Returnless Refund). This change will help to simplify and standardize the returns process for customers and selling partners for low-cost items, where international labels are generally more expensive than the cost of the item.
If you do not have a FR default return address, our International Returns provider on the Solution Provider Network may be able to help. The above policy will also apply to Amazon.co.uk (for items and orders under GBP20, including VAT and shipping charges), Amazon.de, Amazon.it, and Amazon.es, for all items and orders under €25 (including VAT and shipping charges).
This is a summary of the changes, so we encourage you to review the updated and new program policies carefully. A version in track changes of the customer returns for international sales is available here in English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish.
Effective September 8, 2021, the Intellectual Property policy page will be updated to include Geographical Indications. A Geographical Indication right enables those who have the right to use the indication to prevent its use by a third party whose product does not conform to the applicable standards. We could remove offers that are not compliant with Art.103, paragraph 2 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organization of the markets in agricultural products.

We are updating the Amazon Business invoicing policy to reflect the addition of a free automated solution, for selling partners who do not have an obligation to register for VAT in the EU or the UK, to comply with the Amazon Business invoicing policy. The new solution will automatically generate a receipt by Amazon on behalf of selling partners for all of their orders, and will make the receipts directly available to customers via their Amazon account.
We are also updating the Amazon marketplace fair pricing policy to provide more examples about pricing practices that harm customer trust with reference to shipping fees.
Additionally, we are updating the program policies listed below, to reflect certain changes related to the new trading relationship between the UK and the EU, changes in laws in the UK following Brexit, and to consolidate and clarify certain provisions regarding tax.
